Head Chef: Kurt DeJac

Flaherty’s is a friendly, neighborhood restaurant and tavern that has served the Rochester area for over 30 years. As the name would indicate, you’ll find an Irish-themed decor, and a warm, inviting atmosphere where you can sit by the fireplace in the cozy dining room, or watch your favorite game in the tavern. Menu-wise, you’ll find it all at Flaherty’s, from delicious snacks and appetizers, salads and specialty sandwiches, to full entrees including beef, chicken, pasta and seafood dishes. There are daily lunch and dinner specials.

Head Chef Kurt DeJac has been at Flaherty’s for 13 years, but has been cooking for over 24 years, having earned an Associates Degree in Food Service, and worked in several Rochester area restaurants. He insists on using only the freshest ingredients, and his specialties include Certified Black Angus Beef, Prime Rib, Steaks, Burgers, Chicken French, and Lobster Bisque - Flaherty’s is famous for it!
