Filled with original modern art from ArtisanWorks, Pare has an eclectic and contemporary, “big city” feel. The menu style is New Age World Fusion, offering a variety of dishes from Asian Sesame Seared Tuna to Bouillabaise, as well as fire grilled pizza, and house made breads and desserts. Pare is also one of the elite Rochester restaurants that serves all federally registered Certified Angus beef.
Head Chef Earl Young has had an extensive culinary career at top Rochester venues. He also lived and worked on the Chesapeake Bay in Virginia, where he honed his style under Master Chefs, as well as his ability to work with seafood, which continues to inspire his work at Pare. In creating his varied menus, Chef Young believes in using only the highest grade of ingredients, such as Certified Angus beef, Gloucester seafood, and locally grown produce.
