Chef Robert Liberatore is a graduate of R.I.T.’s Hospitality program. He learned his craft under the guidance of his father, Romeo, who is well schooled in traditional Italian cooking - the kind that reminds you of a visit to your grandmother’s for dinner! Stuffed Artichokes are a signature appetizer, with specialties including the wood fired pizzas, and the homemade soups and sauces.
