Owner/Chef Bonnie has been in the restaurant business for more than 20 years, having catered a number of corporate functions, weddings and private parties. Salads Etc. is an extension of Bonnie’s years of experience, her creativity, and her passion for healthy, fresh foods. Specialties include her daily homemade soups, homemade dressings, Chicken French, Spinach Lasagna, and Chicken Parmesan. Chef Bonnie also offers an extensive catering menu.
