The Buzzo All-Stars are “a few old guys” (four to five) who have a good time playing music! Led by the “lovable” frontman “Buzzo” (trumpet & vocals), the band plays songs they remember from the 50’s, 60’s & 70’s! The usual line-up includes the “Handsome Captain Jack,” who in 2005 played five nights in Memphis after winning the Western New York Blues Championship. “Master of the Blues Harp,” H.C.J. (Handsome Capt. Jack) also plays slide guitar, baritone sax and flute. Guitarist Ray Miller has won several guitar competitions and is great to watch. (He also sings!) Bass player Tom Halligan sings like a bird and is an accomplished guitarist as well. On drums, various All Stars are used including Zack Mendosa. The affable “Buzzo” performs in a bathrobe, and along with the other “All Stars,” provides enjoyable times for listening and dancing!
