Irish Musicians Association member John McGraw has collected an astounding 77 Irish tunes onto a two CD set entitled Irish Rochester. At 54 tracks, the disc will keep you busy for many a month. As the title indicates, the vast majority of the musicians live and work in the Rochester area and most ot the selections are instrumental (with an occasional vocal track showing up every now and then). It’s a comprehensive collection of not only traditional Irish tunes, but of the rich musical Irish heritage that can be seen and heard here in Rochester.
